On May 3rd 2018, The CGSA put out a press release announcing that May 29th will be henceforth known as "National Golf Day". In partnerhsip with Golf Canada, PGA of Canada, the National Golf Course Owners Association Canada (NGCOA), and the Canadian Society of Club Managers (CSCM), the movement will take place on Parliament Hill in Ottawa for two days (May 29th and May 30th). Representatives from each organization will be meeting with MP's, policy makers, and Senators to raise awareness of the benefits that the game of golf brings to Canada. There will also acivities set up for the public to participate in which will help raise awarenss and exposure to this great game.
